Xiomara Spadafora, Founder & CEO
Originally from Colombia, Xiomara Spadafora moved to the United States in 2005. With a degree in communications and journalism, she built a successful career and brings two decades of experience in property and casualty insurance and payroll services. She spent fourteen years as VP of Operations at Zellner Insurance Agency and now serves as Chief Operating Officer at Procomp Payroll Services.
Xiomara discovered a passion for golf and values its positive impact on mental health. She champions Military Veterans and their families, dedicating her free time to creating a welcoming place for them in the golf community. She makes her home in Saint Johns with her husband, Jeff, and their son, Gabriel.

Jeff Spadafora, Founder & Treasurer
A transplant from Ohio, Jeff Spadafora is a majority owner and CEO of Zellner Insurance Agency, a major contributor of the Will of Iron Golf Foundation. Son of a World War II Army Veteran, Jeff learned a deep sense of service from a young age. A tested entrepreneur, he has owned various successful businesses in Jacksonville, Florida. Jeff’s forty years of sales experience have forged him a reputation of leadership in the insurance industry, molding a sales force of professional and knowledgeable account executives. He coached young athletes in his thirties and has been a true mentor and integrity role model for everyone under his direction. Jeff is a father of three, an adoring husband, and a loyal friend. He is an avid and competitive golfer who understands the impact that golf can have in the lives of Military Veterans who are searching to fill the void after retirement.

Jeff McCall, Chairman
A native of Plant City, FL, Jeff J McCall graduated from the University of Florida in 1986. Later, he completed dental school at Case Western Reserve University in 1990, and shortly after, he graduated from General Practice Residency in Temple, TX, in 1991. While living in Texas, Jeff worked at Olin E. Teague VA Hospital and Scott White Hospital. Jeff opened his first dental office in 1994 in the Baymeadows area. Ten years later, he opened his existing state-of-the-art facility in 2004 in the Gate Parkway area. Jeff has practiced dentistry in Jacksonville, FL, for over three decades, achieving a standard of excellence in the community. He married Lisa Ossi in 1990 and celebrated 33 years. They have two children, Paige, 30, and Charles, 27. Jeff plans on retiring from dentistry in the next year. He spends his time out of the office traveling, playing golf, and working with the Zellner Foundation. He is an active member of Cypress Grove Church of Christ.

Jennifer Mathis, Secretary
Jennifer is a force of positive change in her community and her industry. A Hoosier native, she started her career by combining a love for athletics with a passion for challenging the status quo. Jenn began to champion the concept of upskilling early, recognizing its transformative potential for individuals and organizations. She achieved her MBA from the College of William & Mary and today serves as the Vice President of Career Training for ACI Learning, committed to transforming how individuals enter the tech industry and how organizations connect to tech talent. Serving as the spouse of an active-duty Coastguardsmen for 20 years, Jenn has built a level of resilience and an ability to thrive through change. Her family, AKA Team Mathis, has faced challenges raising two children, 18 and 11, but has become stronger. Jenn was a two-sport college athlete and recently found a love for golf, which has fed her competitive nature, enhanced her mindfulness, and allowed her to embrace nature. Jenn wants to help veterans find the same calmness through golf.

Rob Bannon, Advisor of Golf Instruction
Robert Bannon, Lt. Col., U.S. Army Retired is the Founder and President of the TPG Golf Performance Center in Saint Johns, Florida. He is a Master Staff Teaching Professional, Mizuno Staff Brand Ambassador, and Top 100 Club Fitter for 2020,2021 and 2022. Rob started TPG Golf in 2016 to bring the new age of golf instruction and performance coaching to players of all skill levels. He currently coaches players competing at PGA Tour Americas, NCAA Divisions 1, 2, and 3, AJGA, High School, and numerous junior tours. Before becoming a golf professional, Rob completed 29 years of Government service, including 21 years of active duty as an Army Officer and Special Operations Aviator and multiple years as a Test Pilot for the Department of the Army. He is qualified in over ten aircraft, logging 4,000 flight hours, including over 1,000 hours of combat flight time, while serving combat tours in the Persian Gulf War, Bosnia, Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan, and Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom I and III. Rob has a degree in Golf Management from Keiser University, a bachelor’s in biology from Saint Leo College, and a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College. Rob and his wife Traci have four children and reside in Saint Johns, Florida.

Dr. Riley Cantenacci, Grant Development Specialist
Dr. Riley Catenacci is a scientific writer and editor. She received her PhD in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she studied the connection between the immune system and neurodegeneration in the context of multiple sclerosis. Riley was awarded a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship in 2021, has authored nine academic papers, and has extensive experience communicating about the science of mental health as a freelance writer and podcaster. As an Army brat herself, she is excited to apply her technical writing skills to Will of Iron’s mission to serve disabled and PTSD-diagnosed veterans.

Daniela Cossio, Special Events & Volunteer Coordinator
Daniela Cossio is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer (E-7) with 20 years of distinguished service. She began her career as a Parachute Rigger before transitioning to the role of Navy Counselor, where she developed expertise in mentoring and guiding service members. Daniela specialized in counseling fellow veterans through their transition to civilian life, offering career guidance, emotional support, and practical resources to help them successfully navigate life after military service.
Daniela completed two combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, as well as five additional deployments across Southeast Asia, which instilled in her a deep understanding of resilience and teamwork. Now retired, and as a Will of Iron Beneficiary, Daniela has discovered the therapeutic benefits of golf and is passionate about sharing the game with others, including her two young sons, Connor and Luke, beneficiaries of the Birdies of Eagles Golf Program. Daniela draws on her military experience, counseling expertise, and commitment to supporting veterans and their families as they transition to new opportunities.
