We’ve Reached Our 300 Beneficiaries Milestone!

Golf Clubs & Lessons for Tyrone Jiles, Command Master Chief, U.S. Navy, Retired.
May 20, 2026

Last Tuesday, May 26th, we marked our 300 Beneficiaries Milestone and honored our fallen warriors in observance of Memorial Day at Fore Score Gate Parkway.

Supporting Entrepreneurs Among the 300

We are forever grateful to Dr. Drew Rappaport, owner of Rappaport Dental for sponsoring our first “Fallen Warriors Never Die” event in observance of Memorial Day, with one simple purpose: to honor the spirit of the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines who fought and gave their lives in conflicts throughout history to uphold the ideals and promise of the United States of America.

We also extend our thanks to Kerrie and Daniel Hileman, owners of Fore Score. Though we met less than a month ago, they immediately jumped in, offering significant discounts so we could enjoy their beautiful facility.

In addition to honoring our nation's fallen warriors, we toasted to our 300 Beneficiaries Milestone. Since 2020, we have provided golf equipment and private instruction to 300 disabled and PTSD diagnosed military veterans, their spouses, and children through our Will of Iron and Birdies for Eagles Golf Programs.

Among those incredible beneficiaries there are entrepreneurs who launched businesses after leaving the military, and we were excited to give them a platform to promote their companies, including:

1. Nestor David Cuevas - Goats Heritage https://www.goatsheritage.com/
2. Sean Kean - O’Kahan Agave  https://okahanagave.com/
4. Alisa Burton - Realtor https://alisaburton.yourfhrm.com

We also gifted golf sets and lessons to Laquandra Jiles, U.S. Navy Spouse, and Angel Estrada, U.S. Army Veteran.

Angel sent us this moving note, and we want to share it: "I started golfing during a period when I was looking for something that could help me slow down mentally. After years in the Army operating at a high tempo, I found it difficult to just “turn it off.” Golf gave me that space.
Being out on the course, focusing on one shot at a time, helped quiet the noise and bring a sense of calm I hadn’t felt in a while. It became more than a sport—it turned into a form of therapy. It taught me patience again, helped me manage stress, and gave me a healthy way to reconnect with myself.
What I appreciate most is that golf doesn’t demand perfection—it encourages progress. That mindset has been powerful for me as I continue working on my mental health.
When I think about the mission of the Will of Iron Golf Program, it hits close to home. This organization understands that healing doesn’t always happen in a clinical setting—it can happen on a fairway, in conversation with other veterans who “get it,” or in those quiet moments between shots. Providing disabled and PTSD-diagnosed veterans with access to golf, equipment, and community is incredibly meaningful.
This program isn’t just giving out clubs—it’s giving veterans a renewed sense of purpose, connection, and belonging. It’s building a tribe again, and that matters. After leaving the military, that sense of camaraderie is something many of us miss. Organizations like this help fill that gap in a positive and healthy way.
Personally, I’m grateful to be part of something that recognizes both the visible and invisible wounds veterans carry—and actively works to support healing in a real, human way.
Lastly, I truly appreciate your passion and commitment for us Veterans.   Thank you.
Respectfully,
Angel Estrada"
