The Will of Iron is heartbroken. We lost one of our dearest friends, Emilio Requena Giner Jr., First Class Petty Officer, U.S. Navy, Retired.
Only the Good Die Young
Emilio became our beneficiary on October 6, 2023, and participated in several of our golf events.
From the moment we met, we knew he embodied the love of golf that drives our cause forward, always highlighting the values of our mission.
His kindness, courage, and cheerful personality will remain part of our history.
We extend our deepest sympathy to his wife, Christien P. Giner, and his three children, Andrew, Vanessa, and Emilio III.
His memorial service is scheduled for June 25 at 1 p.m. at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
