September 4, 2025We had the pleasure of meeting Kenny Epps, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, last Friday, August 22nd. He received his new golf clubs and will start lessons with golf instructor and U.S. Army Veteran Chris Yeager this coming Thursday at Deercreek Golf Club.
Leadership Lessons
Kenny proudly served our country, completing three combat deployments: one to Iraq and two to Afghanistan. Throughout his career, he exemplified the values of honor, courage, and commitment, leading Marines in some of the most challenging environments.
After fifteen years of service, he retired in 2016, carrying forward the lessons of resilience, leadership, and discipline into civilian life. Kenny now resides in Jacksonville, Florida, with his wife, Madison. Together they have raised two sons, ages 21 and 19, and continue to enjoy the bonds of a close-knit family.
After retiring from the military, he transitioned into a career in Radiation Oncology, where he applies his technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership to support critical medical treatment that impacts patients’ lives.
Whether through work, community, or personal growth, he remains dedicated to living with the same integrity and sense of duty that defined his military career.
